EUI Alumni Association Electoral Program
- INTRODUCE A NEW ROLE FOR THE EUI ALUMNI ASSOCIATION INCLUDING SOME KIND OF FUND-RAISING POLICY
- PURSUE THE ORGANISATION OF THEMATIC CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS, building on the experience of the past three years but also on the dynamism of local chapters (like the conference on the Stability and Growth Pact and on the future of EMU organisedd in London, at the LSE).
- OTGANISE YEARLY BOOK PRESENTATIONS BY ALUMNI AND PUBLICISE THEM ON THE EUI WEB-SITE (as at the ECPR in Lisbon in 2009);
- MANTAIN THE COMMITMENT TO WEB-DEVELOPMENTand further develop it, namely also to academic jobs both for current researchers and other alumni, with the ORGANIZATION OF ONE JOB-EVENT each year;
- CONTINUE WITH THE ALUMNI PRIZE for the best Interdisciplinary thesis;
- PROMOTING INITIATIVES OF EUI ALUMNI CHAPTERS AROUND THE WORLD, namely through the organisation of seminars and conferences and get-togethers as done for instance in London.
- PROMOTING THE PUBLICATION OF THE EUI ALUMNI WORKING PAPERS
- KEEPING THE EUI ALUMNI WEB-PAGE ALIVE AND KICKING
- PROVIDING EUI ALUMNI WIH ACCESS TO EUI LIBRARY as part of E-MAIL ACCOUNT AND OTHER SERVICES package UNDER ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION;
- FOSTERING A NEW POLICY OF ACCESS TO BUILDING AND TO INETRNAL EUI ACTIVITIES OF THE ALUMNI (as intranet or on-line fora)
